REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your first month's order, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. The money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription cycle only. Refund requests after 30 days from the date of purchase are not eligible.


Automatic Renewal — Important Disclosure

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Start Energy LLC to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout (e.g., monthly) until you cancel. You will receive an email confirmation after each order is placed, which will include your next billing date, the amount to be charged, and instructions on how to cancel.


How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date using any of the following methods:

  • Online: Log in to your account at drinkstartstop.com, navigate to "Manage Subscription," and select "Cancel Subscription"
  • Email: Contact us at support@drinkstartstop.com

Cancellations must be made before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Once a renewal order has been processed and charged, we are unable to cancel or refund that shipment. You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation has been processed.


Returns

To start a return, contact us at support@drinkstartstop.com. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@drinkstartstop.com so we can make it right.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@drinkstartstop.com.
